OrderPhotos is the hosting platform for the online ordering websites used by professional photography studios across Australia and internationally. Studios that photograph schools, sporting clubs and events use OrderPhotos to let families view their photo packages and place orders online.

Each studio has its own ordering website at its own web address on this domain — for example, studio‑name.orderphotos.online. This page is the corporate front door for the platform itself; the ordering sites are reached through the address supplied by your school or photographer.

How ordering works for families

Your school, club or photographer gives you an ordering card or notice with a web address and an access code (sometimes called a shoot key). Entering that code on the studio's ordering site shows the packages available for your child or team, with live previews of the finished products. You can order prints, packages and digital downloads, and orders are produced and delivered by the photography studio — usually back through the school or by post.

Access codes protect each gallery: photographs are only visible to people who have been given the code by the school or studio.

Questions about photographs, orders, payments or deliveries? Each ordering site is operated by the photography company named on it, and that company holds all order and photograph information. Contact the studio using the details on your ordering site, or your school — Timestone Software does not receive or view this information and cannot answer these enquiries.

Who operates OrderPhotos

The OrderPhotos hosting platform is operated by Timestone Software, an Australian company that has developed production and ordering software for the high‑volume photography industry for more than 25 years. The ordering websites hosted here run Timestone's Internet Ordering System (IOS), the same platform used by school and sports photographers worldwide. Timestone provides the software and hosting only — each ordering site is operated and populated solely by its photography company.

Security and privacy

All ordering sites on this domain are served over HTTPS. Photographs are supplied and managed by each photography studio under its arrangement with the school or organisation, and are gated behind access codes. Order, payment and student information is held by the photography company operating each site — it is not received or viewed by Timestone Software. Our privacy policy explains this in detail.
